Vonnie Hunter has over 12 years experience in the financial aid profession.

Prior to working with FAS, Vonnie held the position of assistant director of financial aid at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a four-year public university. In this position, Vonnie was responsible for coordinating financial aid eligibility for recipients of the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation awards and the Pennsylvania National Guard Educational Assistance Program and assisted in verification and awarding financial aid for students who participate in the Study Abroad Program.

Vonnie is proficient in the SunGard Banner software.

Vonnie has been an active member in the Pennsylvania Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (PASFAA) and Eastern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (EASFAA). She conducted PASFAA sponsored Support Staff Training workshops and was a planning committee member for PASFAA’s annual conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Vonnie received a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
