Joyce Richmond has worked in the financial aid profession for more than 20 years. She currently serves as an FAS project coordinator, with responsibility for project oversight of verification, awarding and processing student loans, auditing files, and budget calculations.

Joyce has used web-based software to assist various colleges from the FAS office in Atlanta.  She has interviewed and helped students complete financial aid forms, ensuring compliance with federal regulations. She is experienced with various software programs, including SunGard Banner, Oracle PeopleSoft, and the U.S. Department of Education’s EDExpress.

Prior to joining FAS, Joyce served as an associate director of student financial aid at Mississippi Valley State University.  She was also a member of the Advisor-Continuing Team at American InterContinental University, where she was responsible for advising students on their financial options per federal and company guidelines.

She received her Bachelor of Science from Mississippi Valley State University.
