Linda McAnnally has worked in the financial aid profession for more than 30 years. As an FAS director of operations, she has provided consulting services, training, and processing services to more than 30 institutions.

She is experienced with a variety of financial aid software packages and has helped several institutions better utilize programs such as SunGard SIS/Plus, SunGard Banner, Datatel Colleague, Oracle PeopleSoft, College Board PowerFAIDS, and the U.S. Department of Education’s EDExpress and EDconnect.

Prior to joining FAS, Linda worked in a variety of institution and state agency settings. She served as compliance and training officer for the Georgia Student Finance Commission, associate financial aid director for Jacksonville State University, and director of financial aid for Dalton College.

She is active in state, regional and national professional associations, having held elected and appointed positions on the executive boards of the Georgia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, Alabama Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, and the Southern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.

Linda received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama and Master of Arts from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
