Stephanie Castillo is a seasoned higher education professional with over 14 years of experience in financial aid, compliance, and operational leadership. She has served in key roles across multiple institutions, including Tarrant County College as a Financial Aid Specialist, University of Texas at Arlington as a Counselor III, and Arlington Baptist University as Financial Aid Director.
Her expertise spans compliance, systems management, operations, and leadership, with specialized skills in verification, Return to Title IV (R2T4), reconciliation, packaging, and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). She is also highly experienced with federal reporting tools such as FISAP and IPEDS, as well as enterprise systems like Banner, Colleague, CAMS, and Campus Café.
Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and is a proud member of NASFAA. Known for her passion for peer mentoring and federal work-study programs, she brings both technical expertise and a collaborative approach to every project she supports.
