Elainne Feeney is the Manager of Consulting Services at Financial Aid Services (FAS) overseeing consultant placements across multiple client projects, maintaining operational excellence, optimizing business performance, and ensuring every engagement delivers value to our clients

She is a higher education professional with over 15 years of experience in operations, compliance, and student financial services. She has held progressive leadership roles in both public and private institutions leading large, multi-functional team focused on student financial aid, accounts, and veteran services., as well as a position within the U.S. Department of Education’s oversight division of Federal Student Aid.

Her work ethic is rooted in integrity, problem-solving, and a passion for student advocacy, remaining committed to helping institutions thrive in an evolving higher education landscape.

Elainne earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration and management from Saint Leo University.
