Emmie Joyce

Emmie Joyce has over 13 years of experience administering student financial aid in four-year private and nonprofit institutions. Emmie oversaw the Return of Title IV, Federal Work Study, Satisfactory Academic Progress, Verification, State Grant, and daily financial aid operations during her tenure at Widener University, Chestnut Hill College, and Thomas Jefferson University.

In her current role, Emmie specializes in optimizing business processes related to packaging and disbursement of financial aid. She is responsible for the yearly setup within Banner and updating algorithmic rules for packaging, and budgeting. Along with maintaining the system processes, Emmie is responsible for the reconciliation of the Federal Direct Loan and Pell program.

Emmie’s experience with Ellucian Banner and the Department of Education software and websites has made her a great resource in the areas of system implementation, new year setup, and processing aid.

Emmie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business from Temple University and a Master of Science in Higher Education from Capella University.
