Heidi Wisby

Heidi has over 25 years of student financial aid experience in both two-year and four-year public and four-year private institutions. Heidi came to FAS in 2020. As a consultant, she supports financial aid offices across the country. She provides Interim Staffing, Consulting and Assessment services to improve business processes, strengthen compliance efforts and enhance student satisfaction.

Heidi is experienced with several financial aid software systems, including Ellucian Banner, Ellucian (Datatel) Colleague, Jenzabar and the U.S. Department of Education’s suite of applications and website for administering Federal Student Aid.

Heidi has worked at community colleges, as well as public and private universities, assisting students from the certificate through graduate and professional levels. She has held many financial aid positions throughout her career, including several years as director. She is active in both her state financial aid association as well as NASFAA.

Heidi received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan – Dearborn
