Joyce Prosser is an independent financial aid consultant with over 20 years of experience in financial aid processing, compliance, and quality assurance, supporting institutions across a range of higher education environments.
She has held key roles including Quality Assurance Representative and Financial Aid Administrator at Unitek College, as well as Student Finance Representative, Verification Specialist, and Team Lead at Kaplan University / Purdue Global, and Financial Aid Advisor at American Public University. Across these roles, Joyce has been deeply involved in frontline processing, quality review, and audit readiness initiatives.
Her expertise includes verification, packaging, file auditing, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance. She has supported federal compliance and reporting, including IPEDS, and has worked closely with financial aid packaging teams to maintain high standards of data integrity and process reliability.
Joyce brings strong systems expertise, with proficiency in CampusVue, CampusNexus, and Anthology, and is known for her ability to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions. Joyce holds an M.S. in Higher Education (Online Teaching) from Purdue Global University, an M.A. in Organization Development from Roosevelt University, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Kaplan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavioral Analysis.
