Samantha Shores has over seven years of financial aid experience in public and private institution settings.  She joined FAS in 2022 and is available to support our college and university clients with Interim Staffing Services.

Samantha served as a financial aid administrator, in several capacities, at University of Arkansas Community College Rich Mountain.  She administered federal, state, and institutional aid programs.

In addition to her role as a financial aid professional, Samantha served as a Veterans Affairs (VA) School Certifying Official.  She has years of “hands on” experience with the VA-Once (school certification and administration) portal.

Along with College Board’s PowerFAIDS financial aid management system, Samantha is proficient with the U.S. Department of Education’s suite of websites and databases for administering Federal Student Aid.

In 2018, Samantha oversaw the implementation of the Award Spring scholarship management system.

Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Harding University and a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University
