With more than a decade of experience spanning student accounts, financial aid operations, compliance, and workforce-development programs, Sheryl Luppens brings a comprehensive, student-centered approach to higher-education financial services ensuring each engagement delivers measurable value to our clients.
Sheryl has held progressive leadership roles in Student Financial Support, leading and developing teams responsible for financial aid and student account advising. Her experience includes operational oversight, escalation management, process improvement, KPI development, staff training, and performance evaluation. She is recognized for her ability to identify systemic trends, and implement solutions that improve both compliance and the student experience. With expertise in regulatory compliance, performance monitoring, data integrity, and reporting, Sheryl operates from a compliance-first approach.
Sheryl holds a Master of Science in Human Services Administration and is credentialed through NASFAA U, bringing both strategic insight and operational rigor to support FAS consultants and clients.
