Tarik J. Boyd is a seasoned financial aid consultant with more than 18 years of experience in compliance, leadership, and operational strategy within higher education. His career includes executive and senior leadership roles, such as Executive Director of Financial Aid at Chattahoochee Technical College, Director of Financial Aid at Montclair State University and Morehouse College, Institutional Review Specialist for the U.S. Department of Education, Associate Director of Financial Aid at Norfolk State University, and Campus Director of Financial Aid at ECPI University.

With extensive expertise in verification, Return to Title IV (R2T4), reconciliation, packaging, and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), Tarik has guided institutions in achieving operational excellence while maintaining strict compliance with federal and state regulations. He is highly skilled in the use of Banner, Colleague, CampusLogic, and Anthology systems to streamline processes and improve student services.

Tarik holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and remains actively engaged in the professional community. He is a member of NASFAA and EASFAA and is a Past President of VASFAA. His collaborative approach and strategic insight have made him a trusted advisor to departments including Admissions, Registrar, and Advancement, supporting integrated institutional success.
