Victoria Saraceno

Victoria has several years of student financial aid experience in both two-year and four-year public institutions. Victoria came to FAS in 2019. As a consultant, she supports financial aid offices across the country. She provides Interim Staffing, Consulting and Assessment services to improve business processes, strengthen compliance efforts and enhance student satisfaction.
Her tenure began as a Financial Aid Counselor, moving up to the Assistant and Associate Director level and finally culminating as the Director of Financial Aid at institutions, including Augusta University and The College of the Florida Keys. Victoria’s professional memberships include NASFAA, GASFAA, and FASFAA and she has earned her NASFAA credentials in Verification and R2T4.
Victoria is experienced with the financial aid software systems, Ellucian (SunGard) Banner, PeopleSoft and the U.S. Department of Education’s suite of applications and website for administering Federal Student Aid.
Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida, Master of Educational Leadership from University of North Florida, and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University.
