Financial Aid Services is seeking financial aid professionals to fill interim management, counseling and processing positions. Our consultants serve as interim professional staff in college and university financial aid offices. In a consulting capacity, they provide project management, assessments and analyses of all aspects in a financial aid office, guidance to optimize technology use, and direction to respond to audits and reviews. Relocation is not mandatory. However, extensive travel is required as is a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
The successful applicants will have:
FAS consultants are seasoned, financial aid administrators. Prior professional experience, of no less than 10 years at the associate director and/or director level, is required to serve in leadership positions. A bachelor’s degree is required and an advance degree is highly desirable. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Strongest preference will be given to those with recent financial aid experience at a public, or private nonprofit, institution.
Student Business Services Consultant
FAS Student Business Services is seeking higher education professionals with extensive managerial-level experience providing student financial services and overseeing student accounts. Our consultants will serve in interim leadership positions, provide consulting services and/or perform various types of assessments of student business services. Assessments include the performance of business processes, compliance with regulations, improvement of service delivery with consideration of a school’s staffing and use of technology.
Successful applicants must have:
An Interim Staffing contract is full-time work. Relocation is not required. Weekly travel is required, as is a valid U.S. Driver’s License. Consulting Services may be full or part-time, depending on the scope of work.
FAS Student Business Services consultants are seasoned, student financial services administrators. Prior professional experience of at least 10 years at the manager or director level is required to serve in leadership positions. A bachelor’s degree is required and an advance degree is highly desirable.
