Lisa Seals, Consultant

Lisa Seals has more than 20 years of student financial aid experience at both two-year and four-year public and private colleges and universities. During her consulting career, she has served in numerous positions on financial aid staff, including director of financial aid, interim director, and processes assessor. She has also served full-time as a remote project manager, compliance manager, and outsourcing manager.

During her tenure with FAS, Lisa has served as interim director of financial aid for several institutions including Saint Leo University (FL), Campbell University (NC), Eastern Nazarene College (MA), Johnson C. Smith University (NC), Lake Michigan College (MI), The College of New Rochelle (NY) {closed 2019}and Howard University (DC).

Lisa has served as a trainer for the U.S. Department of Education for high school counselor workshops at various locations across the country.  She also trained colleagues on the federal guidelines for the Return of Title IV Funds policy.

She is experienced with several software systems and ERPs, including Ellucian Colleague, Ellucian Banner, College Board PowerFAIDs, Anthology (CampusVue), PeopleSoft, and all of the U.S. Department of Education’s financial aid software.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha, OK.
