Vice President of Operations
Jared Norflis is the Vice President of Operations. He joined FAS in 2023. Jared has over 20 years of experience working in operations and implementing operational excellence systems. He is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certified and has earned Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials.
In this leadership role, Jared provides strategic operational planning, ongoing process improvement, and Lean leadership. He oversees FAS’ core business operations which include Outsourced Processing, Consulting and Training, and Interim Staffing. Jared’s unique skills and business acumen applies lean theory and practice to all our services. The tremendous value to clients includes fast and accurate delivery of outsourced processing functions as well as seamless deployment of Interim Staffing and Consulting engagements.
Before FAS, Jared worked in operations and supply chain roles for various Fortune 100 and private equity-backed companies. In each role, Jared had a proven track record of delivering business execution efficiency, leading Lean Transformations, and promoting a culture centered on servant leadership. The unique business experience Jared brings from other industries provides FAS’ clients with real advantages not always common in higher education.
Jared holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
