Justin Welliver is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in financial aid administration, business process analysis, and leadership within higher education institutions. Currently serving as the Senior Business Process Analyst at the State University of New York at Geneseo, Justin collaborates closely with peers and leaders to develop innovative solutions aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and achieving strategic objectives. With a comprehensive understanding of financial aid policies and procedures, Justin has effectively managed complex tasks including Satisfactory Academic Progress assessments, Return of Title IV Funds processes, and veteran educational benefits administration. Beyond his financial aid expertise, Justin brings a robust systems and programming background to his roles, with proficiency in tools such as PowerFaids and extensive programming experience stemming from his associates degree in website design.
